LEADERSHIP
Leadership skills is something you must invite yourself into. It is never found in those who have not acquired the habit of initiative because initiative is the foundation on which effective leadership is built. Before a leader can command others, he must have the initiative to willingly practice himself what he or she orders other men. To lead, one must know his business and have knowledge from the ground up. Effective leadership qualities is not about demanding but needs to receive the willing, unhesitating, obedience and loyalty, respect and devotion of its subordinates.

Leadership Qualities
Effective leadership skills is a combination of a number of qualities - self confidence, fairness, initiative, courage, self sacrifice, work with definate goals, moral courage to take responsibility for failures, good organisation, accurate knowledge and have a definate plans or vision. There are two main leadership styles. Servant leadership which is autocratic leadership is adopted by pseudo leaders who force their leadership on subordinates. The fair leader practice a brand of transformational and facilitative leadership which leads or promotes self-determination, freedom, initiative, self-development, justice, enlightenment and understanding among his followers.

The characteristic of leadership usually falls into one of the LEADERSHIP STYLES which are facilitative leadership,transformational leadership,servant leadership,situational leadership,charismatic leadership, participative leadership, autocratic leadership (extreme leadership style),educational leadership and transactional leadership.
