Stress attacks everyone, whether you're the CEO of a major company or a lowly-paid clerk. But not everyone suffers from the same type of stress. Symptoms of Stress The bad news is, stress can be deadly. Accumulated stress has been linked to heart failure and high blood pressure. The good news is, you can manage stress by being conscious of the situation and dealing with the pressure so that it doesn't become a danger to your health. Take control of your stress even in the face of setbacks. If stress affect your health continuously, consult your doctor for advice on how to manage stress effectively.
